Hey y’all!
Congratulations on your acceptance to The University of Texas at Austin! You have just joined the Longhorn family, and will have the best time these next four years on the Forty Acres. The competitive and rigorous environment at UT can be intimidating, so we are so thankful for the endless support we have found in our sisterhood, Alpha Xi Delta. Our chapter is just another reason why we are so proud to be Longhorns. When we first became Panhellenic women, we truly didn’t realize that joining Alpha Xi Delta would give us a home away from home and lifetime sisterhood bonds.
Our chapter is continuously looking for confident, dedicated, and passionate women to join our sisterhood. We work together to challenge one another to be the greatest we can be and to help each other realize our potential. Not every decision you will make at The University of Texas will be easy, but we hope that your decision to go through formal recruitment is. Our biggest wish is that you find a family like the one we found in Alpha Xi Delta. Good luck with formal recruitment, and we look forward to welcoming you to our home in the fall!
XoXi,
Abbey Shea (Recruitment Events Director), Maria Lleras (Chapter President), and Sofia Ruiz (Membership Vice President)
