Micaela Isler has served as Alpha Xi Delta’s National President since 2017 and as part of National Council since 2013. She has held a variety of leadership roles throughout her Alpha Xi Delta career including serving as the National Team Lead for Beta Alpha from 2008-2013 and as Beta Alpha chapter president in 1994.
Micaela is a successful professional with a career in Government Relations and currently works as an Assistant Vice President for Property and Casualty Insurers Association of America. She has held a variety of positions with increasing responsibilities including Government Relations at HSBC North America.
Ms. Isler earned her degree in Speech Communication from The University of Texas at Austin in 1995 and her Master of Legal Studies from Washington University School of Law in 2017.
She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, a beautiful daughter and two sweet dogs.
