Micaela is a leader among leaders that carries herself with dignity and grace, along with a big smile and infectious laugh.  Not only am I so proud to call her a friend, but I'm even more proud to call her a sister.  Alpha Xi Delta is truly lucky to have one of the greats leading our incredible sisterhood of women."

“One of the few gifted people who can make you feel like you are the most important person in a room, Micaela Isler is a born leader. She is insightful, intuitive and dedicated. I am always amazed at how much she can accomplish. I am blessed to have her as a friend and a sister. We joke that we were separated at birth because we are so similar but the truth is, no one is like her. She is an absolute gem and an asset to Alpha Xi Delta."

“I can say with 100% confidence that I wouldn't be where I am today without the impact Micaela has made on my life. She saw something in me from the very minute I pledged Alpha Xi Delta at the University of Texas insuring I took on challenges with every new opportunity. As a collegiate, I was always inspired by the commitment she had for not only our local chapter but the organization as a whole. Now in my professional career, I strive to follow the values and dedication Micaela has taught me and is continuing to show me now as National President. Micaela is more then my sister, she is my role model in many ways."

“Micaela Isler is a friend, a mentor, and the definition of class and grace. She is the type of person that lifts you up while pushing you to be your best. She knows how to shape young leaders and guide them towards their goals. I had the privilege of being advised by Micaela throughout my years as a collegiate and I have taken the life lessons she taught me and carried them with me into my professional life. She has influenced my life more than she will ever know.

Micaela is the type of sister who lives her values every day. She gives her heart and soul to Alpha Xi Delta and we are privileged to be able to call her our leader. "
