This semester was unforgettable and full of fun events, academic achievements, volunteering at Helping Hand Home, and more! We can’t wait to share more about our exciting adventures and fun memories made this semester!

Valentine’s Date Event

Think pink! Our sisters had an amazing time at our Valentine’s Date Event. We loved dancing the night away with the sweetest dates.

Bid Day

In February, spring MC’23 found their forever home, and we welcomed them home with a ski-themed celebration! Everyone wore adorable beanies and celebrated with their new sisters. We are so lucky seven more kind, strong women joined Alpha Xi Delta!

Big Little Reveals

Welcome to the fam! After days of surprises, clues, and gifts, our new littles finally met their bigs!

West Fest

Our sisters had a blast at UT’s first West Fest last March! (This weekend was formerly known as Round Up.) We had a great time bonding over live music, wearing the cutest Alpha Xi Delta merch, and dancing at the events hosted by our Greek community.

Taco Xi

During West Fest, we had so much fun hosting the UT community at Taco Xi! We enjoyed tacos, snow cones, face painting, carnival games, and a profit share with Kendra Scott jewelry. Overall, we raised more than $5,000 for Helping Hand Home.

Moms’ Weekend

Moms’ Weekend was a blast! In April, we celebrated our moms with a flower truck, shopping, and a delicious brunch.

We are so grateful to LoveShackFancy for hosting a private profit share to support our local impact organization, Helping Hand Home!

Sorority and Fraternity Life Awards

We are so proud of Kara McDonald (MC’20) for being awarded the “What Starts Here Changes the World Award” by UT Austin Sorority and Fraternity Life. Kara was recognized for her incredible research on C.elegans she will present in Glasgow, Scotland this summer. Kara is currently applying to medical school!

Formal

Formal was the perfect end to the best spring! Our sisters earned a well-deserved celebration at the Rio Rooftop Lounge. We spent the evening dancing, taking photos, and enjoying the skyline view of our beautiful city.

Graduation

In May, we said goodbye to twenty-three incredible graduating seniors this semester. We will miss them all dearly and will cherish the memories we have made together. We wish them all the best on their next adventure!
